Rental, sales and training from a single source
Not every job needs an HSOS crew: if you have qualified personnel of your own, simply rent the specialised equipment from us — from heat-treatment units through torque and tensioning equipment to flange facing machines. On request we add the matching certified training so your personnel can use the equipment safely and to code.
Rental fleet
- ▸Heat-treatment units (all channel sizes, incl. 36-channel for large projects) with accessories (heating mats, thermocouples, recorders)
- ▸Hydraulic torque wrenches, pumps and tensioners (incl. SRT tensioners)
- ▸Flange facing machines
- ▸Pipe cutting machines (split-frame)
Rental conditions
- ▸No minimum rental period — you only pay for the days the machine is out of our warehouse.
- ▸Equipment is handed over inspected and with valid calibration/test certificates.
- ▸On request with instruction or with an HSOS operator.
Training
- ▸WFPr and WFPr TT in accordance with VCA-SOG (SSVV training guide): the personnel qualification required in the Dutch and Belgian petrochemical industry for working on flange connections, incl. torque & tensioning module; certificate valid 10 years.
- ▸Composite repair training (system-specific installer qualification).
Sales
Selected machines and accessories are also available for purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum rental period?
No — you only pay for the days the machine is out of our warehouse. That makes even short jobs and shutdown peaks economical.
Is the equipment delivered with instruction or an operator?
On request, yes: we hand over with on-site instruction or provide an HSOS operator who runs the equipment for you. All machines come inspected and with valid certificates.
Which trainings do you offer and which certificate do participants receive?
We train WFPr and WFPr TT in accordance with VCA-SOG — the qualification required in the Dutch and Belgian petrochemical industry for working on flange connections (certificate valid 10 years) — as well as system-specific composite repair courses.
